Idaho Falls

We had a great time visiting the Terrill side of the family. The weather was great and everyone loved seeing each other. The adults had a good time staying up late and playing games. Alice LOVED seeing her cousins and Annie enjoyed meeting a new friend named Mr. Porter. :)
When we got into Idaho Falls it was really late. It felt really cold for us because we were coming from Texas. The last time we were in Idaho was December and there was snow. One of Alice's first questions was "You have snow Grandma?"  She fell easily asleep on the car ride home.

These are awesome pictures. The three girls Addy, Brylee, and Alice ran a real race, just like Grandma. They got a shirt and a medal. Oh they had such a great time. It was at Eagle's Landing or something like that. But oh it was so great. Each of them really did "run." Alice's legs were so tired by about a quarter of the way in. Grandpa Terrill came to our rescue! He had just finished a very long bike ride but he put Alice on his shoulders and walked her until we could see the finish line. Then Alice got down and ran across the finish line. We were the very last one. But that is okay because we were also one of the very youngest :)

Annie loved baby Porter. He had great toys that he shared and he was really good at jumping in the bouncer.

The girls loved playing together and the tramp was so fun!

Olsen visit

It was fun to have family visit us and see where we were living. We had a great time with Grandma and Grandpa Olsen. Obviously Alice had a great time since many of the attractions we went to were planned around what she would enjoy. We did also go to the space center which was really fun.

We went to a chocolate factory in Bryan. Our favorite things there were the step stools to see threw the windows and the cheesecake (ironically).

Grandpa and Grandma brought presents for the girls! Minnie took up an entire carry-on by herself.

We fed the ducks and turtles.

Went to the Bush Library which was great and even had great kids stuff that Alice loved. Annie rolled around on the floor and smiled at people.

Rode the tram tour at the space center in Houston.

Annie

We have had a significant update and addition to our family... Annie! She is wonderful. I love being a mom of two. I really feel so happy about it. And Annie is wonderful. If we wanted to describe her personality, we would tell you that she is a happy baby. She is very cute.

Annalyse Morgan Terrill was born on the 11th of December in St. Lukes in Boise. We were glad Dr. Klomp found time for her and made the hospital find room for us so we could induce her. I was also glad I was already technically have contractions when we got to the hospital.

We wanted Annie to be the first baby blessed in 2014 (just kidding) so we had her blessed on January 1st at around 8:30 I think. It was that day that I was leaving Trevor with his parents and I was going to take the girls with me to Boise. Trevor would leave in a few days to go to Texas with his mom and dad to move down his stuff and I would stay with my family and recover. So, my parents drove from Boise to Idaho Falls and we had the blessing that day so that both grandpas could be there. It was in the Terrill's living room and Bishop Hildibrant was there. Annie will wonder if her parent's were inactive or something because we didn't do the blessing at the church, but it was because we chose to do it with family and that was the only day that worked. Her blessing dress was one that Great Grandma Donna Olsen had found and when we were going through her things after she passed away my mom got it and gave it to me, so it is a treasure.

Annie gets lots of loving from her big sister.

Guests!

It was such a treat to have Trevor's parents come and visit us. It is the first time we really felt like we had a place for someone to stay when they came to see us. We had a great time with them. We loved showing them around College Station.

They even helped us with a home improvement project! Yahoo!

Thanksgiving

Having Thanksgiving at Nate and Stephs was so fun! It felt so much like a big family dinner and was so yummy! What a great family.

Miracle #3 - A New Place to Live

We love our new house! It is so perfect for us. It has a lot more room and we are so proud of it! Yay for Texas trailer parks :) Seriously though, we have awesome neighbors and couldn't be happier. It was such a blessing and miracle how everything worked out for us to move in here. Once we found the place we wanted the hardest part was trying to sell our apartment contract mid semester. Yikes! But everything fell perfectly into place. Someone took over our contract the very next day after we moved out. We know that Heavenly Father is in the details of our lives and that He loves His children. We feel so blessed.

Settling In

Texas is treating us so great. We love it! Our ward is amazing. We have been invited over to lots of peoples' houses for dinner and have made some great friends. Alice and I have gotten into a routine of swimming in the afternoon. We don't always last long but it helps to cool us down. On Saturday when we went down we saw a family there that happens to be in our ward. Yay! Another friend in the apartment complex :)

Alice is growing up fast and we really enjoy seeing her learn so many new things. She really likes helping mom with dishes because there are  "bubbles!" She also really likes to go "bye-bye." She will let you know when she wants to leave because she brings you your shoes and then her shoes and once everyone has their shoes on she goes and knocks on the door. :)
